●※1 Referral fee is 15%

After the hiring decision is made, a contract will be made directly with the job seeker. In this system 15% of the wages paid for one year after employment is paid as a referral fee only after employment is decided.

●※2 Early Termination Fee

If a person who has been introduced by NPO MISO has left a company for personal reasons within 3 months after joining, or if the employment contract is terminated due to dismissal based on the person's misconduct, the amount specified below will be paid to the enployer from the referral fee received.

●We will support matching with the human resources you are looking for with a service that is not available elsewhere.

MISO (NPO MISO) is a non-profit organization established to support the recovery of various educational institutions in Japan that were damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake work.
The aim is to make Miyagi Prefecture even more attractive than before the earthquake by setting a wide range of themes for the reconstruction of the local community, including not only actual recovery support activities but also post-earthquake mental care.
On March 11, 2011 the Great East Japan Earthquake occurred

On October 2011 MISO was Certified by Miyagi Prefecture as a specified
non-profit corporation. Since then, the NPO MISO has acted as a bridge to carry out support activities, educational activities, international exchange activities, information dissemination and support activities for foreigners and nationals living in Japan and overseas.
