After the hiring decision is made, a contract will be made directly with the job seeker. In this system 15% of the wages paid for one year after employment is paid as a referral fee only after employment is decided.

If a person who has been introduced by NPO MISO has left a company for personal reasons within 3 months after joining, or if the employment contract is terminated due to dismissal based on the person's misconduct, the amount specified below will be paid to the enployer from the referral fee received.
